Thomas provides outstanding customer service, does excellent work, and has a very fast turnaround time. On top of that, his prices are more than reasonable. We got new tires on our truck at another place and decided to go here for an alignment on a Friday. Everything seemed fine until we hit 80mph on the highway on Sunday and had a crazy vibration that was not happening prior to the alignment we received 2 days before. We called back, they said come in and we will fix it. We went back on Monday and they said the tires were not balanced and charged $45 per tire to balance them. Drove straight to work after and once the car hit 80mph the vibration is much less but it was now pulling to the left. Called back AGAIN and they said come back and they would fix it. Went back the very next morning - Tuesday and they said they checked on their computer and everything looks fine. He drove it around, but clearly not at any highway speed and said it seems fine. If someone is in front of you after 2 services rendered by your shop and there is a more severe issue than before, something is very wrong!! Whether the services were done in the wrong order or there was another service that should have been recommended we are now out $300 with a car out of alignment - the very first service we paid for. Then they said they only charged for a diagnostic and did not charge for the full alignment saying it did not need it ??? Does that make any sense? Saying that after the fact because you did not want to fix your own mistakes????? Ridiculous. I don't know how this place has almost 5 stars. These reviews must be all their friends and family. Stand by your services and DO NOT waste people's time telling them to return if you have no intentions of fixing the issues caused by your own mistakes and lack of communication. AVOID HERE.
